不同生境野牡丹(Melastoma candidum )叶的生态解剖特征与生理生态特性的研究

摘要:
通过对不同生境中野牡丹叶的生态解剖特征与生理生态特性的研究表明:山地野牡丹和沼生野牡丹在形态结构方面存在着明显的不同,山地野牡丹叶的上表皮细胞小而排列紧密,气孔密度较小,栅栏组织厚,栅栏细胞高,而沼生野牡丹的整个叶片比较厚,最大导管直径也较大。同时,两者在叶绿素含量、光合作用、蒸腾作用、气孔导度、水分利用效率等方面也表现出明显的差异。综合分析其生境,土壤条件是引起两种生境生长野牡丹叶片解剖结构差异的主导因子。本研究的实验结果,可以为野牡丹生态型的划分提供了形态结构和生理生态方面的依据。

A study

Abstract:
The experiment was carried out to study the eco-anatomical features
and ecophysiological characteristics of leaf of Melastoma
candidum growing in different habitats. The results were as
following: the leaf eco-anatomical features were significantly
different between hilly
Melastoma candidum and poachy Melastoma
candidum. Upper epidermis cells in leaf of hilly
Melastoma candidum were smaller, stomatal density was lower; its
palisade was thicker, and its cell height was longer, but leaf
thickness and maximum vessel diameter were thinner or smaller
respectively. At the same time, they were also significantly
different in chlorophyll content, photosynthesis, transpiration,
stomatal conductance, and in water use efficiency. Studies showed
that these differences between the two ecotypical M.
candidum were mainly caused by soil conditions and the results
would give some morphological structure and ecophysiological
evidences for distinguishing the two ecotypes for Melastoma
candidum in different habitats.
