鼎湖山主要植被类型土壤呼吸与碳素动态

 摘要:研究了鼎湖山三种主要植被类型(季风常绿阔叶林、针阔叶混交林和马尾松林)土壤呼吸与土壤温度、土壤含水量和土壤微生物生物量的关系,建立土壤呼吸速率与地表温度的模型。季风常绿阔叶林、针阔叶混交林和马尾松林年均土壤呼吸速率依次是477.9435.4429.5mgCO2·m-2·h-1,土壤呼吸速率与土壤温度呈正相关,两者的季节变化规律一致;微生物生物量高的土壤中,土壤呼吸速率高且土壤微生物碳的周转量大,其周转量(t·hm-2·a-1)由大到小依次是季风常绿阔叶林(14.07>针阔叶混交林(11.45>马尾松林(9.60);代谢熵是土壤微生物对土壤碳利用效率相对高低的指标,其值越低表明土壤微生物对土壤碳的利用效率相对越高,季风常绿阔叶林、针阔叶混交林和马尾松林代谢熵依次是0.58-0.600.92-1.001.30-1.35 mg CO2-C·g-1Cmic·h-1

Soil respiration and carbon dynamic in the main forest vegetations in Dinghushan area

Abstract: The relations among soil respiration, soil temperature, soil moisture and soil microbial biomass in the main three forest vegetations(monsoon evergreen broadleaf forest, mixed forest and pine forest) in Dinghushan area were studied. The model of soil respiration rate and soil surface temperature was established. Annual average Soil respiration rates in the main three forest vegetations were 477.9435.4429.5mgCO2·m-2·h-1 in sequence. Soil respiration rate had the positive correlation with soil temperature and the change rule of soil respiration rate within years was consistent with that of soil temperature. Higher soil respiration rate and more carbon turnover by soil microbes appeared in the soil with higher soil microbial biomass, the amount (t·hm-2·a-1) of carbon turnover form more to less was in turn: monsoon evergreen broadleaf forest(14.07)>mixed forest(11.45)>pine foest(9.60). The metabolic quotient is the index of efficiency of microbial carbon utilization, the lower the metabolic quotient value, the more efficient carbon utilization by soil microbes. The metabolic quotient(mg CO2-C·g-1Cmic·h-1)from low to high was in turn: monsoon evergreen broadleaf forest(0.58-0.60)<mixed forest(0.92-1.00)>pine forest(1.30-1.35).
