四川西部天然林资源恢复过程中的效益监测与评价

摘要:天然林资源保护工程实施后,森林植被恢复过程的多种生态效益是社会关注的焦点。本研究以森林植被自然地理特点为基础进行分区,采用定位监测、面上调查相结合,资源统计相结合的方法建立天然林资源恢复效益监测信息系统,对天然林分布的资源、环境、生态效益进行动态监测。19992001年监测结果表明:四川西部天然林资源保护三年后,有林地面积为1751.964ha,活立木蓄积12.11亿M3,三年增加2393.57M3;森林总生物量10.74亿T,三年增加6374.2T,森林C沉积3184T;凋落物总存贮量1887.94T,三年凋落物归还量3241.4T,凋落物NPK归还量52.25T,森林植被三年截留泥沙总量2.06亿T。森林总蓄水能力为200.74亿T。此外,还对天然林的年生态效益值和生态服务价值进行了研究与评估。

A monitoring and evaluation on benefits of the natural forest's resources protection engineering regions in the western of Sichuan

Abstract: Multiple ecological benefits have been the society's focus during the process of the forest recovery since the natural forest's resources protection engineering was carried out. A study on the dynamic monitoring which based on the benefits monitoring information system included the resources, environments and ecological benefits in the natural forest protection engineering regions. The system was founded by spot monitoring, field investigation and resource statistic according to the zoning by the natural geographical characteristic of the forest vegetation. The results from 1999 to 2001 showed below: The forest area was 1751.964×104hm2, the standing timber volume was 12.11×108m3 in 2001, which increased 2393.57×104m3 during the three years. The total forest biomass was 10.04×108t, which increased 6374.2×104t and the carbon sink of forest was 3187.1×104t. The total litter storage quantity was 1887.94×104t as well the returning quantity was 3241.4×104t. The returning quantity of nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium with the litter was 52.25×104t. The entrapment quantity of soil and sand was 2.06×108t. The ability of the total water storage was 200.74×108t. It also studied and evaluated the costs of per year ecological benefits and ecological service.
