Adam is a Registered
Professional Forester. Having worked in China and Australia before
emigrating to Canada, he has a wealth of experience in forestry,
hydrology and ecology. In China he was responsible for overall
strategic planning in the Poyang lake watershed. In Australia he
applied GIS and remote sensing technologies to help resolve land-use
conflicts in the Shoalhaven catchment. He has worked on diverse
water and forestry issues in British Columbia. Among other
responsibilities, he acted as a ministry expert to negotiate with
the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, ALCAN and environmental.
