Dr. Tang received his B.S. and M.S. from Peking University, China, and Ph.D. (2003) from University of California at Berkeley. He was a faculty member at Peking University between 1995-1999, a postdoctoral researcher (2003-2004) at UC Berkeley and currently he is a research associate at University of Minnesota. His research interest is in ecosystem ecology, carbon cycles, and climate change.
