Many thanks to Dr. Dali Guo and his Membership Team
including Drs. Zhong Chen, Quan Dong, Yude Pan, Hong, Qian,
and Jianguo Wu for their diligent and excellent service.

countries will be $10 and $5, respectively; for those in developing
countries dues will be $5 and waived, respectively.
Associate members will not pay the dues.
3)
Member rights and privileges differ between members who pay
the dues and those who do not.
Only Regular and Student Members shall have the right
to vote and be voted for, to be featured in the Web Member
Profile, and to be considered for possible financial support
for academic activities organized by the Association.
Associate members are only entitled to the web directory
(name, contact information, affiliation, and member status),
Publications, the newsletter, and the e-mail discussion group.
4)
The membership dues will start on August 1 each year and can
be paid by cash or check of resident country currency.
For new memberships, if payment is received in the
period 1 March to 31 July, membership shall continue until
31 July of the following year.
